Revealing the GLORY of the Christ In the Believer

'...it was for this he called you through our gospel, that you may gain the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.'

II Thessalonians 2:14

In early October the Holy Spirit led our congregation into a period of intense fasting, prayer and intercession for the body of Christ at large as well as America. As we approach the end of November 2009, the burden of the Lord has not lifted.

These are the issues on the heart of God. Those who stewards of God's flock (apostles, prophets, evangelist, pastors and teachers) need to align their heart and their message into accordance with the purpose of Messiah.

 The Word of Warning from the Lord:

1. Return to the First Love. Wholly devotion to Messiah is your first love. Be either hot or cold in your worship and service to the Master.
2. Habitual sinning, secret sins, idolatry and spiritual adultery must stop. Spiritual adultery includes the practice bringing 'carnality, enticing and seducing of the emotions and worldly practices' into the presence of the Lord, particularly at His altar.
3. Do not embrace 'the doctrine of Balaam nor the teachings of the Nicolatians'. Remove the prosperity gospel from your midst. Reject it and those who seek to profit from it. Refusal to obey this word will result in the punishment the Lord promised to the disobedient churches (Revelation 2:14-16, 20-23)

During this holiday season our ministry will do our best to provide hot meals, clothing and toys to the many homeless, unemployed and struggling families in West Los Angeles. The need is great to say the least.

Deuteronomy 15:11, "There will always be poor people in the land. Therefore, I command you to be openhanded toward your brothers and toward the poor and needy in your land."
